Expand your mind

The Soul lives in all realms, eternally. The Mind lives only in the realm of relativity. Because of this the mind's perspective is extremely Limited.

This reality that we experience is based on the data we hold. Always remember the mind has nothing to go on accept what went on.

If we wish to do more then simply survive; if we wish to evolve, we are going to have to not merely educate the mind, but expand it. The Mind thinks you are the body. That is because it has limited data. When the mind has limited data, it has no choice but you work with the data it has. We can expand the mind's data by moving outside of the mind and into the soul.

Getting to the soul is easier than you think. It can be done in a number of ways we can even use our mind. One of the ways is meditation, meditation is not about emptying the mind, it is about focusing the mind.

In fact everything that happens has a positive outcome. Everything that occurs produces ultimate benefit. It may not appear that way, but this is because of our limited perspective. Expand your mind, expand your perspective, change your life.
